Meditation sessions are available from 1 hour and upwards.
Meditation is the greatest gift you can give yourself with over 100 benefits for holistic health. Ann will share practical techniques to support you in nurturing a meditation practice. All thoughts are energy, the only thing you have control over is the present moment.
When we are present, living fully in each moment, our minds are liberated from thoughts about the past or the future which we have no control over and which are wasted energy.
You will learn:
- About the many physiological, psychological and spiritual benefits of meditation
- How to develop a calm but alert state of mind where the body is relaxed and the mind is focused but at rest
- How to develop tools to quieten your mind using the natural resources of the breath, body and senses to connect to the present moment.
