Deepen your connection to nature and harvest your creativity, during this special forest-bathing retreat for the Celtic festival of Samhain. Forest Therapy Practitioner, Ann Ward will support you to slow down and switch off through a number of sensory invitations. As your mind rests and your body relaxes, your imagination will open. This will include a wonderful exploration of our connection to the elements of the earth through the expressive arts, nurtured through the gifts of meditation and nature.
The event will include a 3 course, seasonal, locally produced lunch to celebrate the end of the harvest:
Irish potato and leek soup with home baked wheaten bread; hazel nut salad with toasted grains and honey and mustard dressing followed by apple pie made with Ann’s home grown apples with cream; washed down with foraged elderflower cordial.
This is a wonderful opportunity, to rest, reconnect and re-energise in the magical setting of Blue Bell Lane Glamping.
