Deepen your connection to nature and harvest your creativity, during this special Lunasa forest-bathing retreat. Forest Therapy Practitioner, Ann Ward will support you to slow down and switch off through a number of sensory invitations. As your mind rests and your body relaxes, your imagination will open. This will include a wonderful exploration of our connection to the elements of the earth through the expressive arts, nurtured through the gifts of meditation and nature.
The event will include a 3 course, seasonal, locally produced Lunasa lunch to celebrate the beginning of the harvest:
Irish potato and leek soup with home baked wheaten bread; apple and walnut salad with toasted grains and honey and mustard dressing followed by an old-school Fraughan Bilberry pie served with fresh cream and foraged elderflower cordial.
This is a wonderful opportunity, to rest, reconnect and re-energise in the magical setting of Blue Bell Lane Glamping. Please note there is a special reduced Lunasa rate for the event.
