Bluebell Lane Spring Retreat

This special retreat can be designed to suit the needs of your group at any time of year.  Below is a sample itinerary.

We will begin the day with some mindful eating and drinking practice with fresh fruit and organic rose & lime flower tea. Forest Therapy Practitioner Ann Ward will support you to reconnect with nature within the magical setting of Bluebell Lane Glamping.  She will share a number of techniques and creative invitations to help you slow down, using your natural resources of the breath, body and senses.  As your mind rests and your body relaxes, there is more space between your thoughts for creativity to be nurtured.  The experience will exlpore  the expressive arts through the gifts of meditation and nature.

The event will include a 2 course, seasonal, locally produced lunch eg. Spring Greens Soup with spinach, kale, celery and scallion & home- baked wheaten bread; and for dessert, rhubarb tart  served with cream, tea/coffee, including herbal teas.

After lunch we will look at practical ways in which you can incorporate the practice of mindfulness and nature connection into your everyday life.  We gently end the day with a relaxing body scan.
