Through her inspirational talks, Ann shares her nature journey; the impact of nature connection on the health of individuals, organisations and the environment: Duration of talks e.g. 10-30 minutes and can include a mindfulness activity from the menu below.
Ann has a rich tapestry of experience within the health, education, community, and private sectors. She has an MSc in Communications, which included research in rural Kenya and also studied conflict transformation at Columbia University, New York City. Ann offers transformative experiences and programmes tailored for individuals, groups and organisations. Through her own personal nature journey, Ann is an Accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation, a Certified Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) Guide and Forest Therapy Practitioner with the Nádúr Centre for Integrative Forest Therapy.

Forest-bathing Immersions/Awakening Your senses
Duration: 2.5 – 5 hours.
